I will tell you what is scary...I dropped another pound over night. They know I lost 15, but when I hit 30 I am going back to ask why the heck it’s happening. I figure I will be done with losing weight by then! My daughter says the way I am eating to keep my blood sugar low is probably why....we shall see. I feel fine, no pain of any kind.

I’m getting worried about you-have you ever lost weight rapidly like that before-what kind of food are you eating?
I have been on a low carb diet since the first of the year. Lost 20 lbs initially and am now stable. Need to reduce fat intake to lose more weight. Blood sugar has been excellent. Kudos from my endocrinologist.
I have not been dieting, but I am trying to keep my blood sugar down and stable with minimal meds. I still push the limits occasionally. Cold turkey is tough. Still, past experience tells me it’s should be harder to lose than this.
Just eating the same, with a bit less simple carbs. Veggies and meat, occasional bread. No eating between meals. Want my second knee replaced and doing what I can to get there.
