I don’t know where the Lady is from originally but I do know that the Vietnamese and South Koreans do not take any crap from anyone.
I commend her bravery, but not her tactics. She’s lucky the one guy who ran past the camera ran out the door, because he could just as easily have turned and shot her. I don’t think she knew he went that way. Especially once she ran out of ammo.
Good job staying cool though.

Here's a story of my Asian wife. She wanted a handgun in the house for defense. I told her that she was first going to take a handgun safety course given by our Sheriff's department. The students were allowed to bring their own handguns or the course instructors would provide a standard .38 cal revolver for the shooting range. My wife wasn't going alone, so I talked one of the daughters to go with her. When I got home and asked how the class went, the daughter bust out laughing to the point of tears. Seems while on the shooting range the instructor was looking down range to assist the students in hitting their respective targets. Went he got to my wife, he asked her if the handgun was too heavy because she was shooting low on the silhouette target. My wife borrowed the instructor binoculars and looked at her target and then told the instructor; "Nope, I'm hitting what I'm aiming at. I don't want to kill them, I just want them to wish I had." The silhouette target had the entire groin shot out.

If they are shooting at you, I think the case could by made that they are still a threat.
I don’t think she did anything wrong...she was in the ‘heat of the moment’. I know if I woke to my door being bashed in, I’d be shooting like Yosemite Sam until my heart rate calmed down. These guys had guns drawn...until they’re two blocks away, they’re still a threat.
Shooting a pistol at a moving target - she very well. Also, notice how she rushed towards the targets while shooting - a gutsy and effective tactical move.
Also, the video of her shooting out her door at the fleeing robbers is very bad. She can be charged with a crime in most states. At the time the crooks were outside running away he was no longer in danger and so self defense is no longer a good justification for the use of deadly force.
People if you are going to have a firearm learn what the rules are governing the use of deadly force.
