I turned it off when Trump let her slide on the emails.

The moderator was way too involved when Trump was speaking...I think that was one of Trump’s problems...He was distracted by the constant interruptions...

Trump could have done better. Clinton seemed better prepared.
I think he did ok. A lot was left on the table. This was round one. Why spend it all tonight? I think he made the right points about Hillary and he didn’t go ape shit. For trump, on MSNBC, with Lester moderating, against a skilled liar he did good enough.
She looked like a drugged robot on happy pills.

He whiffed it. Hildabeast just spewed lies and sound bites and he was on the defense.
Overall it was rather disappointing since I wanted a knockout blow after her utter collapse in September in polls.
Trump did hit on HIllary quite a bit as a do nothing politician but he really needs to do it more in the next debate. Whenever she goes on a long rant he doesn’t need to answer everything she says. Just say: “There it is again, political speak. She sounds good but it’s a bunch of lies. You know it, I know it. She’s a politician and politicians lie. I’m not. If I lie in business I get sued or I lose the deal. Politicians lie routinely and nothing happens and she’s lied repeatedly her whole life....this is what I’m GOING TO DO.”
The moderator is clearly on the side of Hillary.
