A string of frightening encounters involving children and clowns has officials warning people to be on the lookout for these characters this Halloween season.
The Tennessee Highway Patrol says this October, if you see something, say something.

I can tell you a clown will be in the hospital with a broken jaw on them and other injuries if he scares any of the kids in the neighborhood.
The warning should have been issued before last night’s Debate.
That was no clown, that was Hillary on Joker venom.
I think Stephen King should be keel-hauled and his hands and tongue cut out so he can’t write any more clown crap.
LOL. I thought Hillary looked like the Joker at times. She had that silly Cheshire cat grin much of the evening. And had such heavy makeup that she resembled the Joker from Batman......

There is a new version of Stephen King’s IT coming out next year and I suspect all these clown sightings have something to do with ginning up interest in the movie.
Make no mistake, someone dressed up like a psycho clown is going to be shot very soon and put an end to this nonsense.
not to mention the sick way the kids had to defeat the clown. Five kids sleeping with a girl.
