But since it has probably been 40 years since he touched Hillary in that way, I doubt she has it.
The only way would be if Huma or one of her other dalliances was doing them both.
I doubt that AIDs is Hill’s problem, but I’ve been saying for months that Bill has AIDs. He has that same frail, skinny body that most AIDs people manifest.

I find it difficult to believe that Bill and Hillary have been intimate any time lately. Years, maybe decades.
RNA tests can yield a positive result in 9-12 days. But, they are much more expensive.
Perhaps she could afford it.
I don’t think they ever have been. Strictly a political marriage from the outset. She needed a husband to advance politically, he needed a wife to advance politically. Neither was interested in monogamous marriage, or in each other, sexually. But, they saw promise in joining forces politically. So, they did. And each has gone their own way, sexually, ever since.
