People are saying that ICANN will move out of the U.S. but I just do not see that happening.

I said it starts with the naming commission then it will start with control of the nodes, the transmission optical fibers and the forced licensing/taxing of web sites whether by number or by name.
No one has seen the full texts of the agreements of what is to be controlled by the new “folks”. This international consortium can start to claim that by controlling the natural address translation( numbers to words) system that also means they have jurisdiction over the hardware, fibers, and transmission systems...satellite and fiber.
Kind of like how the EPA claims that the navigable waters and clean waters acts gives them control of all waters including a small puddle in the backyard! It is a kind of hypercontrol 1 world government thinking that Obama feel the internet needs to be controlled by!
