And they didn’t even have the beneficial of stop-sticks.

Brodrick was pretty tough on his cars, I’m surprised he didn’t yank the E Brake out sometimes.

Thousands of channels to choose from and invariably I end up watching the old shows.

There were a lot of good ones, but the Hot Rod Bandits may be my fav.

"Broderick Crawford was great".

My dad loved this program and this guy. I used to watch it with him.

Watched the show as a kid. Crawford was a good actor.

My favorite Broderick Crawford moment is during an episode of TV’s Banacek (”No Sign of the Cross”, 1972 starring George Peppard). At one point Crawford calls him “Banana-chek”. I don’t know if that was in the script or a blooper, but I loved it.

Astounds me that I’m old enough to have watched this on the tube....

I know, right? Lots of things really do seem like not so long ago......then someone adds a date.

Loved watching this show as a youngster!

One episode I still remember was the one where they busted a marijuana farm. At the end Dan Mathews was walking through a field of plants about 8 inches high and stated: “Good thing we got them when we did, they were just getting ready to harvest”

born yesterday - yes - great flick. his co star, Judy holiday, won an Oscar for best actress. the year before, Crawford won an Oscar for “all the kings men”.
he believed in hard living and hard drinking.
he is funny as all get out in “larceny, Inc.” with Edward g Robinson and jack Carson, if you’ve not seen that one , you may want to check it out.

They had a bad cut once which I found hilarious: Broadrick Crawford talking, behind him a car on the highway simply disappeared. I made a comment on Hulu and they used the "disappearing car" in the description.

I'll never forget the chemical powder that exploded when it touched water.

That’s eactly it. I mean, you remember it “as if it were yesterday” and someone reminds you it was half a century ago...

Wow, getting old.
