That pharmacy should be forced to pay the same for all jobs within the pharmacy regardless of education, number of hours worked, level of experience, or anything else. After all, that whole statistic regarding gender salary inequality doesn’t take any of that stuff into consideration, so the only way to get that statistic to show zero difference is to do as recommended above.
