Because, if you watched the second Presidential debate conclude, you can see the Clintons, especially Bill, hang around on the stage drumming up as much cover conversation they could, after Trump went after them with the Bill assault victims themselves sitting in the debate audience, and also bringing up Bill Clinton losing his law license.
These stories drummed up on Trump are an attempt to both diminish and desensitize the severity and perceptions of the assaults by Bill Clinton.

If you think back to the DNC email leaks, she was on one of them calling the Democratic National Committee’s national finance director: “Hi, Jordan. Gloria Allred calling for our 3:30 call two minutes early, so I guess I’ll call you again in two minutes.” Guess she was setting up the slush fund to pay these woman for their false stories.
Look what they did to Herman Cain. On his radio show, early in the primary, he said that Trump had called him and asked for any advice when he decided to run. Cain said he told him to have his family prepared to have all kinds of personal accusations thrown against him, cause that’s all they have.
