Why were many of Hillary 's emails later upgraded to classified and beyond?

Why later? Did these emails include information that was classified or should have been classified or were these classified to redact any embarrassing information?

I'm going to guess - and this is just a guess - three reasons.

1. The information was originally classified and Clinton and/or someone on her staff removed the classification markings. Yes, that is a felony, thousands of counts. Some person or persons should go to prison for the rest of their lives for that, or face a firing squad. Seriously. Who-ever did that is {Diety}-damn lucky it is not up to me, because I'd stand them up against a wall tomorrow before coffee.
2. The information may not have been classified at the time it was in the email(s). However, once someone with some common sense (ie. not Hillary) and either original classification authority or derivative classification authority saw the information they deemed it classified.
3. The information in the emails is, as you say, embarrassing though not necessarily deserving of classification protections. Someone has decided to "help" Clinton out by classifying it, thus drastically reducing who can see it and prohibiting it's release. Note, this intentional over-classification or classification of material that does not merit it is also illegal. But since when have laws bothered Clinton or her supporters?

There’s a distance thing. You can’t have systems running at different classification levels within a set distance of each other in the same room. Same thing applies to phones and computers at different levels.

There has to be a time when somebody decides whether and how something should be classified. Seems reasonable not to make the secretary of state wait on this process.

Exactly. We applied that to secure and open phones. But in the worlds I worked in there was no open computer network allowed at all in the secure areas.

In addition to all the highly classified e-mails that were stripped of their classification markings by Clintion's staff for storage on her rogue server, Clintion apparently never classified any sensitive document she created.

According to the FBI,

"CLINTON…was an OCA…[but]…she 'relied on the career foreign service professionals…to...handle and mark classified information.'"

("OCA" is "Original Classifying/Classification Authority".)

Clinton was the DoS's top OCA -- responsible for and authorized to protect sensitive materials by classifying them appropriately -- but, she never exercised that authority or accepted that responsibility. Instead, she palmed the responsibility off on underlings...

As will be shown in my upcoming video, her private e-mail system was set up to completely BYPASS those underling OCAs -- so... NOTHING HRC originated on her Blackberry -- no matter how sensitive the subject -- was ever classified -- until these after-the-fact re-classificaitons.

And, HRC, herelf, brazenly stated:

"…“I never received nor sent any material that was marked classified.”

That brazen "exculpatory statement" -- properly parsed, and compared with the FBI's findings -- plus my diagrams of the data flow from her private server --is going to come back and bite HRC's overly-ample rump!

As SoS, HRC was a CLASSIFYING AUTHORITY. She was supposed to know not only the classifications, but also what sort of material IS classified. All this she signed off on before becoming SoS.

She has no legally valid excuse for what she did. Same for her underlings.
