Malignant Narcissism is not the only personality disorder. Hillary simply does not fit that template, period.
An MN is created, not born. Malignant Narcissism is a response to early childhood pain, neglect, abandonment and/or abuse of unendurable proportions. Obama has a classic MN-creating background; Hillary does not.
To cope with a crushing, debilitating childhood, an MN detaches from his/her emotions, and then creates an alternative reality for themselves. We see this in Obama, who for decades told everyone he was born in Kenya, and who idolized his drunken, abusive, absentee father. Hillary exhibits no similar behavior.
Hillary has a fundamental personality disorder; it’s just not Malignant Narcissism.

A McDaniels/Garoppolo tandem would improve things there. OTOH, there’s a theory that McDaniels will be the head coach whenever Belichick retires, so who knows if he’ll really be available. Garoppolo, OTOOH, should be available in a trade.
