Thanks 103 (52 -51...yeah, I suck) today. I golfed by myself as I had a day off and it was 74 today in SE Michigan sunny with no wind (probably the last day of the year in 70’s).

Golf is indeed good for anyone, especially seniors like me. For 12 years after retirement I was fortunate to be a member at golf clubs and could play unlimited golf. That was so great for my physical health and it was so much fun to play with fellow members 4-5 times a week.

Just walk off the course when you reach your goal. I always break 80 when I quit after 16 holes.

I think less than 1% of golfers regularly break 80!
If you are under 80 after 16 holes, you are doing A-OK!
My best score was 76 at age 73! Now my game is going downhill so I have given up the dream of breaking my age. We had one member in the club, in his early 70’s who broke his age every week! I was so envious...
