Unfortunately this Poll left out a very important question, namely, why is the major issue influencing his/her opinion? The Norwegians are the most level headed of the Scandinavians. I suspect that the concern they have over (President!!) Trump is over the reconfiguration of NATO and how it will work. Europeans love that the US pays the NATO bills and provides so much support. But I think they also get the fact that Americans of growing tired of paying these bills. Norwegians are smart enough to realize that Trump’s pragmatism in reconfiguring this alliance is preferable to uncertainty of Clinton’s unlimited corruption.
I can understand why they would side away from Trump. They are experts on dikes.

Who was the last person that Norway had who was good? I have n’t a clue.......................... Some guy named Quisling, he was closer to a Hillary. Most of the smarter more conservative Norwegians moved to Brooklyn NY in the late 1890’s and then migrated to fly over country.
My wife and I were in Norway in August and had several conversations with fellow travelers and Norwegian citizens. They get their news primarily from CNN International so this is not surprising. In Eidfjord, we talked with a tourism employee (who was actually German). She told us that what they’ve been hearing is that Trump is the devil and expressed surprise when I told her about Clinton and her crimes and corruption. Our conversation was pleasant and I think I got her to at least think about what they’re not being told. They get their news from an extremely biased source.
Among European countries, Norway isn't the most welcoming to refugees or the most deluged by incoming Muslims.
If we were on their side of the Atlantic, we'd have the same problems.
