Correct. It changes nothing.
Probably did little to change any votes for her when he “reopened” it. Might have cost her a few Indy votes, but she ain’t getting many of those anyway.
One more time:
1) The Trump surge PRE-DATED Comey’s announcement of a few weeks ago.
2) Every poll taken of voters said his announcement was having no impact on their vote. And note a lot of ballots had already been cast when he made that annoucement.
3) There is zero reason this announcement should have any impact when the previous one did not.
Minds are made up. 40-50% of ballots are already cast.
This means nothing.

In a just world, the fact that these emails even made it to Weiner’s phone would be enough for charges.
I thought they and the media would be celebrating!!

Of course not, because even DUmmies know that the damage was done the instant the investigation was re-opened, which reminded everyone that Hillary is crooked, and we all know that crooks don’t always get caught the first time or one the first thing. DUmmies are terrified about what is yet to come.
I guess that all expenses paid trip to beautiful Ft Marcy Park is called off.
And didn’t a bunch of the Republicans just get all of the emails?

the reason they re-opened the investigation had nothing to do with the email charges. Much bigger! Cops don’t stop a major drug dealer they have under surveillance heading to a big deal because he’s got a tail light out.
When it first happened, and HRC immediately called Comey out to produce the evidence, I knew it was a set-up to keep her in the news because even rabid rat voters hate seeing and hearing her, and she was losing their interest.
It kept her ‘relevant’.
I doubt this will help her very much this close to the election. All this does is reinforce that Hillary is a crook yet above the law. Like Trump says, the system is rigged and he will clean it up.
Agreed. When you go to rust belt areas, they are not going to be thinking “Oh, then let’s give her another chance”. Many have known for a long time about how very crooked she is personally and how she represents very much the crooked and corrupt establishment that enriches them but basically stagnates the rest of the country.
People also ought to remember that Romney lost in 2012 a great deal because more than enough on our side simply did not like him at all and just stayed home on Election Day. I do not think that this is going to take place again this time around.
We should all be grateful for Julian Assange and Wikileaks because had they not dumped their first set of e-mails when they did we would of spent this whole final weekend with wall to wall coverage of the Billy Bush/Trump videotape. Had that happened this weekend I think Trump would have been sunk. This whole Comey announcement was probably the modified October Surprise and it won’t change a thing. I think the man upstairs has a hand in all this because none of the hits that were supposed to take Trump out have had the desired effect for Hillary. I think we’re gonna pull this one out and in a big way!
What I don’t understand is that Hillary’s work emails were found on a private laptop admittedly primarily used by a state employee’s spouse. How is that not a bad thing??
I suspect that his comments today means he’s going to bow out of the whole mess, thereby not standing up to the corrupt DOJ, and let the FBI rank and file and the NYPD take it from here. Hopefully they will be spilling everything tomorrow.
Comey could do his worst and I suspect it would not approach the damage to her and the DNC that Wikileaks has done.
It’s farce.
