Only Florida was reachable at 0.9%.
Ohio was 3%.
Iowa, Colorado, and New Hampshire were 5.5% or higher.
If Trump lost WI, MI, and PA, New Hampshire would not have saved him.
By the way - Trump now trails Clinton by 500,000 popular votes.
Clinton will add at least another 1 million to her lead after California, Oregon, and Washington report 100%.
Romney got 61 million votes in 2012.
Trump will barely get to 62 million, and probably less.
Romney got 47.2% of the vote in 2012.
Trump is currently at 47.3%, and could quite possibly drop below Romney.
We also don’t know what “normal” turnout models are going to look like in the future or how the success of Trump will change party affiliations. Blacks really only turned out to elect and defend their first, so Obama’s vote totals may not be repeatable by another D.
