I agree with you. It also seals the impression of The Donald as someone who gets things done. By contrast, the democrats are people who piss, moan, and riot. Instead of helping fix the water problem in Flint, the democrats tried to use the problem to their own political advantage, while leaving the people in Flint with their lead tainted water.
It would be great to see Flint turn around. I saw it drop. High employment to welfare land, beautiful older neighborhoods to burnt out wastelands, big factory complexes to dirt, once thriving businesses to boarded up storefronts. I remember the Buick complex (massive), Fisher Body I, AC Delco and Autoworld (all history now).
But who’s job is a recovery? A president? A governor? A county exec? A mayor? The citizens? What blend?
