Not broadcast back in the day, because it was too risqué and had naughty words.

Still going strong. Mrs WBill saw her not too long ago.

The Siamese Elephant sketch on the Carol Burnett Show, kills me every time.

My sister and I used to love Mrs. Wiggins. We were in elementary school at the time. Thanks for this blast from the past!

The funniest female comedians of all time: Lucille Ball, Phylis Diller, Joan Rivers, Carol Burnett.. Carol was the queen of funny skits!

Here's my FAVORITE Carol Burnett show skit though. GET READY TO CHUCKLE:

The Interrogator from The Carol Burnett Show (full sketch)

I understand they did two shows a day.

The first was a live performance using the basic script ideas but ad libbing as they went along and the second was the one in front of the TV cameras, all cleaned up but with the memory of a few hours ago still fresh in their heads.

This appears to be the live daytime run through.

I was fortunate enough to have dressed the hair of TIM CONWAY'S Mother...

She was a very creative, talented artist, who lived in Westlake, OH. Each year she drew the families Christmas Card.

I loved every day of the 42 years that I worked as a hairdresser in Ohio..made the best life long friends ever...

I never really thought about how integral Vicki Lawrence was on that show. Her role as 'Mama' was a key figure and I always looked forward to that sketch. She and Carol were like Doppelgangers to an extent and worked so well together.

Remember Vicki's song "Night the lights went out in Georgia"? It was a big hit as well as her sitcom 'Mama's Family'.

One of the funniest sketches EVER was Tim Conway as the dentist and Harvey Korman as the patient.

https://youtu.be/aJ_ijl5pJxs

It was originally broadcst in March of 1969, but most of the Youtube sketches are from a later broadcast in one of the revived Burnett series. The original was better, but the revived sketch is hilarous, too.

You almost have to watch it twice to get the full impact. Once eyeing Tim and one eyeing Korman who could barely contain his laughing.

this was one of only a very few shows I would laugh until I tears were streaming down my face- Bob Newhart could be pretty funny too- and a few everybody loves raymond clips- there were some others- but my goodness- not many could produce a true belly busting laughter like the CB show did
