Nope it’s the old lady across the street. She used to be a nice person till her husband died. She went off the deep end. So sad. Supposedly her kids were going to come clean out the house but it needs a dozer and a few dump trucks. It has been sitting empty (people empty) for several months sealed up. Imagine a house sized compost pit. A lot of feral cats hang around the place. Probably full of rats and mice.
