It’s a big piece of dirt and Barry Diller lives a few houses up at 1940, probably closer to 15 Million right now, hell they are getting 4-5 Million for tear down small homes in the Flats of Beverly Hills right now.

Her mother owned one of the most amazing collection of costumes from Hollywood history out there. Sold it a few years ago... for tens of millions.
