That reply is coming from their CloudFlare device, which is an anti-DOS service. Either their CloudFlare device is having problems, or they're overwhelmed by a DDOS attack. That's my best guess absent any other information.
Drudge Report is still up and down here. Three out of five times I get there. The other two are connection reset errors (HTTP Error 522.) Sure smells like a DDOS attack....

I had to just open a bunch of windows and try loading it on each one. It worked.

Was able to connect for a maybe a minute, but then the site went down again. Otherwise been down most the night. Likely DDOS attack.
