High Times, Merry Jane and Green Rush Did Internet search on these sites. It is true that they got all excited. A stupid bunch of people we won't miss even if they disappear into NK's prison camps.

Without government regulation in North Korea, the price is $3.00 a pound.
In the United States, with steep government regulation, the price is thousands of dollars.

Yeah, imagine how cheap alcohol and tobacco/cigarettes would be without nanny government too.

Yeah, but just try to bring some back with you. $3.00 per pound pure misery.

Yea. Last time I visited North Korea I was very careful about what I brought back.

Theyve reported North Korean marijuana to be legal, abundant and mind-blowingly cheap, Perhaps it's so cheap because the average North Korean has learned not to spend his scarce resources on something that is going to make him hungrier and prone to saying unrestrained things in a land where everybody is listening.

Just for giggles, in Colorado a pound of pot with tax is about $22,000.
That $50 per gram times 453 gams per pound.

North Korea is just the perfect place to light up a joint, get all confused and paranoid. Sounds like so much fun.

Your numbers are entirely inaccurate.
The wholesale price of pot is between $1900 and $2400 per pound, and at retail is $15/gram.
Did you just make that up?

Honestly, despite her flaws here and there, If I got high, I would prefer to do so in Colorado rather than North Korea.
