A substitute teacher in New Jersey has been sentenced to three years in prison for having sexual contact with her underage students.
The teacher’s defense was her Muslim upbringing. The lawyer cited her strict Muslim faith as a reason for her not being able to have normal relationships with people her own age.
Hardan’s defense attorney, Alissa Hascup, told the judge that Hardan’s strict Muslim upbringing had caused her to send raunchy photos and engage in sex acts with the male teens.
The judge even seemed to accept the premise…
“She had classmates and friends, but somehow, perhaps because of limitations on her dating life, she didn’t find the proper outlet among males of her own age,” De la Carrera said, according to The Record. “She did not learn how to interact with guys her age.”
Luckily, although the judge seemed to be understanding of the teacher’s ‘issues’, he still sentenced her to three years behind bars.
Prosecutors charged Hardan with one count of second-degree sexual assault and a pair of child endangerment counts. When she pleaded guilty in the summer, Hardan wept uncontrollably.
The teacher, Linda Hardan, sent dozens of photos to the student and eventually met him for sex.
She sexted 40 photos of herself “in varying states of undress” to the 14-year-old student, according to prosecutors. Eventually, she drove him to the Great Falls of the Passaic River. There, she performed some unidentified sex act on him.
The victim of the teacher’s sexual assault was thoroughly shaken by the terrible encounter…
The experience unsettled the student. He was “so disgusted that he got out of the car and walked home,” according to court records.
The trauma was so bad for the student that he had to give up something extremely important, his education.
The prosecutor in the case, Gyselle Da Silva, blamed Hardan for disturbing one of the 16-year-old male students so badly that he dropped out of high school — apparently permanently.
Muslims have a habit of doing bad things and then portraying themselves as the victim.
Does she leave the Hijab on in the racy pictures? Oh, and guilty!
In her own way, she was proving it sucks to be Muslim. /S
Women get such like sex predator sentences to begin with, now even lighter because they blame their muslim lifestyle.
