He was not singing, and I would not characterize it as “anti-Trump.”
His line was: “hey, hey.” Total deadpan delivery.
The song “I Will Survive” is generally considered an anthem for gays and for DRAMA QUEENS in general.
I think it was a satirical RESPONSE to Meryl Streep & other hysterical Hollywood drama queens’ silly butt-hurt theatrics.
McCauneghey & Co were saying, Trump’s president, let’s move on. We’ll survive.
