Is there a substrate water bearing series of desert aquifers on Mars, much like Libya had sourced in its Great Man Made River project?
Perhaps it was moved to earth before mars was slammed with meteor storms..like world creating embryonic fluid...
And another planet is discovered where the inhabitants blew off their atmosphere in a global thermonuclear war...
well its totally obvious water was once there. my question is how, after so long, haven’t these areas been wind eroded? the crater is protected naturally but not the flat lands... space view of river exempt...
It is obvious that the water on Mars rolled off of that
spherical ball (with no gravity there to hold it in place)
and came to rest on the stable flat plane of the Earth.
The water stays confined on Earth because it is frozen
around the edges (we have photographic proof of this.)

Libya discovered the secret deep aquifer of Libya’s southern desert. Maybe ground penetrating radar ,might show some similar aquifers on Mars.

I’m still going at it with our friend on the flat earth thread, but I’ve really got to stop. Every exchange illuminates another dusty corner of his mind, which is scary to behold.
It depicted a Lunar-lander type of vehicle reaching it's probe into one of those outside boxes marked "ICE" while an alien mom and pop, sitting on the porch of their country store, watch with a "Whut the Hale" expression.
The cut line said something like "NASA finds water on Mars!"
One faintly along that line is 
I think it was one of Sitchin's books that claimed Mars lost its water in the planetary collisons when Niburu came in and played billiards with the planets in its path.

The whole surface of Mars is arc welded on a gargantuan scale. I believe this interpretation is true, and I have done a lot of geology.

In our own geology, ciontinentak drift in 1965 was controversial. Now in exogeology we see that gargantuan plasma arcs are possible, but what other close approaches of other planetoids or planets would pass close enough to Mars in a near miss to generate such plasma arc. It thinned the crust of the whole northern hemisphere, like an apple peeler.
But such plasma arcs would also denude the planet of water and atmosphere, eh?

I remember that well, for some reason - probably because it was in the same league as the "there are no meteorites" by French scientists way back when.
Some newscaster was reporting that (snicker) a scientist claimed that the continents floated on something called a tectonic plate. The whole tone was that of a "Can you believe this crap?" vein.
