How did they come up with that 500 million lost customers?
Also, some stupid decisions like not serving breakfast 24 hours a day when their customers work different hours and eat breakfast through out the day.
Putting their newest hires up front trying to take orders from English speaking custormers when they don’t understand English.
Not deleting slow moving products from their menu as peoples’s appetites changed.

The food is garbage and it costs too much ... That’s what they need to fix.
You can buy a lunch in a decent restaurant for the current McD prices

Fail. The newest is branding themselves as kid, but not family, food in a country with an aging demographic.

They lost me due to fake food
Pink slime, mystery stomach turning nuggets and milkshakes with no milk
Plus PC french fries that are soggy and fried in weird taating oil
Maybe they need to look at their product

McD’s execs/owners need to read this thread.
How about more exceedingly offensive TV ads celebrating ghetto culture.
Adopt Chic-fil-a’s employee hiring, training, and support practices along with their level of quality control....
