Re: Wait...I have to choose between Bendy and The Duke!??! Bestill my beating heart... what shall I do??

When you grow up-- Go with Bendy. I know it is the right thing to do... but I don't have to like it!

And I... like the way she... grew up!

I actually met Mr. Newley once, when I was 10 or 11, outside the Shubert Theater in New York after a performance of The Roar of the Greasepaint, The Smell of the Crowd, which he co-wrote (with Leslie Bricusse) and directed, and in which he starred with Cyril Ritchard.

That is the show that gave us "Who Can I Turn To (When Nobody Needs Me)", "On a Wonderful Day Like Today", and "Feeling Good", which have been covered by pop singers, as well as a number of other excellent songs. A score worth listening to.

Mirror, Mirror...

A Taste of Armageddon...

Elan of Troyus...

Balance of Terror...

Arena...

All good ones. Loved the original series.

From Next Generation:
“Yesterday’s Enterprise”
and “The Best of Both Worlds” where Picard got taken and almost became Borg...

"Dammit, I really liked my version."

It's not bad, but I think Roddenberry was saying that by the the 23rd century, they were pretty much atheists (that's my take anyway).

DRUSILLA/Lois Jewell (Season 2, Episode 43: "Bread and Circuses") " I am ordered to please you.:"

RUTH BONAVENTURE/Maggie Thrett (Season 1, Episode 6: "Mudd's Women")

MIRAMANEE/ Sabrina Scharf (Season 3, Episode 58: “The Paradise Syndrome”) Pocahontas of deep space, Miramanee, the tribal priestess is simple-minded and speaks in broken English but she’s quite a woman and easy to get along with, in the hippie-kind-of way.
