I found them digging through the Freeper Lexicon posts:

HUGH in post 3 on this thread.

SERIES in the first post here.

Classic stuff!

"Since 2001, [HelioPower] has engineered and installed more than 5,000 solar power and clean energy solutions for residential, commercial, community and utility-scale customers and partners in the United States and worldwide.”

Good luck getting those little power plants serviced, cleaned, and repaired, suckers!

Why you want to run your own power plant is beyond me. I pay good money to have professionals run power plants far away from me and to keep the systems delivering the power to my house in tip-top shape. The system works well (at least until government meddles and makes the utilities buy "green" power like this).

If I remember, the original thread was BREAKING NEWS: IT’S GOING DOWN! THIS IS HUGH & SERIES!!!

I don’t see that one anywhere.

Does anyone have figures on the value of the solar energy produced vs what has been spent(and lost)on it so far?

Theey just started a small scale solar program through the power company near where I live. People can sign up for it,but I’m not sure how this works. Anxious to see how this works out down the road a ways.

I’m sure a $5,000 battery is the retail price of something small like for a hybrid Prius. Reconditioned would be much less. For a high energy pack like for a Tesla, we’re talking tens of thousands of dollars.

Of course, over time it will come down a lot, especially with Musk building his battery factory.
