MY first thought when I read your question:

I teach in the south & on Fridays ladies will often let us know they are doing plate lunches if we want to order one. They deliver. There are often collards. This meal would sell out. People are stupid and/or have too much time on their hands.
Sounds so good right about now. Miss Pauline makes the best chicken dressing w/ collards & mashed potatoes. I am torturing myself ; )
