This is a tremendous opportunity for the Rs to point out the rancorous talk coming from the liberal side and what it has led to. Unfortunately aside from Ted Cruz and a few others there is a distinct lack of backbone that would be needed to get things dialed down.
Time to wake up and face reality.

Thank you. I found that out on another thread. I wish people wouldn’t make stuff up like that. Now I can’t find the post where I read it. Since several comments were posted after it, I never doubted the truth of it. If it had been false, surely others would have said so, right? Wrong. And this thread claims republicans were murdered, and people just added to it, like as if it was true.
It is time for an organized boycott of CNN whose parent company, Time Warner is a sponsor of the so called “play”. The so called “play” is a thinly disguised dog whistle to hurt our president. The boycott should extend to their (CNN’s) sponsors. Also a boycott of the New York Times, also a sponsor of the “play”, as well as their sponsors.
We (conservatives) had an impact on Kellogg after Kellogg targeted Breitbart so we need to do the same to CNN and the NY Slimes.
There were over 60 million Trump voters.
The Boston tea party was a tea boycott so it sets precedent as being a legitimate strategy.
