Ha ha...when I reread what I wrote I knew others would make the same assumption as you. As it stands, I’m only buying a drink before the national anthem. If a Cowboy takes a knee, that drink will be pounded on the bar, leave a tip, and walk out of the bar with purpose.

Jones never said he would fire players for not standing up for the National Anthem.
Doug Baldwin claimed that Jones had said this - but Baldwin was referring to a facebook post that had a fake quote. Or more correctly had a bit of a fantasy story describing Jerry Jones in the locker room talking to the team.
Jones has said he finds the protests disappointing, but stopped short of saying he would fire anyone.
Captain Villanueva is a damn fine patriot.
Taking a knee or hiding in the locker room doesn’t help a single person.
The NFL needs to donate all tv revenue for this year to the NAACP.
In a show of solidarity, the tv networks should match the donation.
Money talks and bullshit kneels.
