He’s right but I know filthy democrats are pressuring all they can. Now their mission is to protest our flag, servicemen and anthem.

>>And every company has a right to fire their asses.

"COMMERCE BETWEEN MASTER AND SLAVE IS ________?"
--Thomas Jefferson

When exactly did the rights of artificial collective organisms start trumping those of actual people?

Personally, I think the corporate charter of any entity that demonstrates a value of collective profit over TRUTH should lose the privilege of being chartered by the Republic.

Dale Earnhardt came up the hardscrabble way. What he had he earned, and he worked hard for it.

Junior, while not born into Nascar royalty, grew into it as his father’s success increased. He inherited the Garagemahal—not to mention his name and lessons at the hand of a champion.

It does make a difference.

‘EARNHARDT NATION’ EXCERPT: DALE’S HUMBLE BEGINNINGS

By Staff report | NASCAR.com |
February 15, 2016 at 02.00 PM

snip

In this excerpt, a young Dale Earnhardt, not yet a NASCAR driver, is learning just how treacherous life can be when you’re racing for your groceries every week.

Friends, family, everyone was telling Dale to quit this racing silliness — to go get a real job and stop smashing the family’s money into unforgiving track walls. When Earnhardt quit his last real job, at Punchy Whitaker’s Wheel Alignment in Concord, North Carolina, Whitaker, a local automotive legend, asked, “What are you going to do?”

“I’m going racing,” Dale told him.

“You gonna starve to death, boy,” Whitaker declared.

Dale’s one-page 1975 application to race in NASCAR is a country music song on Courier-font paper. Beside “Children (Names & Ages) Earnhardt wrote “Kerry Dale, 5 / Kelly [sic] King, 2 / Dale Junor [sic], 3 months.” Beside “What happened in first race,” he wrote “finish 10th.” And beside “Ambition (other than racing),” he wrote “None.”

I bet his sister told him to say this. He doesn’t even know who John Kennedy is. Dale Sr is turning over in his grave.

corporate charter of any entity

Not sure what you' re talking about but fortunately we live in a free country where God-given rights to individual freedom and individual choice in the expression of philosophical, religious, and especially political views are legally protected by the Constitution.

You are free to disagree with those views, but the government has NO SAY!

If his old man were still alive I would be willing to bet he would tell his kid to shut up and drive.

Maybe not. I saw one race with a false start. Junior ended up hitting the back of his father's car before the race even got started.

So there goes any chance I’d buy Nationwide Insurance....isn’t that the corporation Dale Jr. shills for?

What a jerk.

As an aside, I have a family member who *was* a fanatical Oakland Raiders fan. Been a lunatic for them since the early 1980s...through good seasons and bad, he was a fan.

He walked away from them yesterday.

Don’t tell me this NFL crap isn’t having an effect. The league is dying. Good riddance.

Bingo!

Also, Trump is not taking government action, just expressing an option, so the First Amendment is not in play. He has First Amendment rights, too, as do we.

It's not about "rights".There's no question that no laws have been broken by any of the overpaid punks involved.

It's a question of priorities. The typical person *expects* to be lectured by politicians. But I attend,or tune into,a sporting event to be entertained and to *forget* politics and society's ills, real or imagined.

If some overgrown, overpaid, illiterate of the Golden State Warriors wants to lecture me,scold me,insult me let him do it on *his* time, not his employer's time.
