I had suggested the “Fast and Furious” angle earlier on another thread. Assuming the serial numbers still on weapons used in Vegas, it would be easy enough to trace. Match with those involved in Fast and Furious. But would the government tell us? After all, they would not only have the blood of hundreds of Americans on their hands, but the American people would be on their ass!

I’ve heard that he only fired on the crowd for about 12 minutes. He fired through the door at hotel security (don’t know what time).
Don’t know when he shot himself (of if anyone heard the gunshot).
He (or someone) was in that hotel room for several days, which allows for elaborate preparations. There may have been a vent or chute which could have been used as an escape hatch. Or, they may have made a opening in the wall, to the next suite. This would eventually be discovered, but it might not be be told to us, in case we panic.
The girlfriend was looking for someone to turn to jihadi. She found this one, probably through her first hubby who was all talk and no action. This scumbag was mentally disturbed enough to do the deed.

Psychotic medications do not resolve psychological issues, they merely block them temporarily. The wounds in the soul still exist and will surface later in life.
I think the killer experienced a “Perfect Storm” in his life.
Considering the father was a bank robber on the FBI top 10 wanted list, there is most likely childhood trauma and family dysfunction.
One other thing that came to me is what appears to be a sudden change in the killer’s personality. I wonder if he was on the atypical anti-psychotic medication Abilify? The reason I say this is the behavior changes including the gambling. There are many class action lawsuits due to people losing their inhibitions to reward seeking behavior resulting in addictions to sex and/or gambling.
Keep in mind, he was going through a divorce. The pain of an ego injury relating to divorce or separation in a relationship is far greater for men. (Women experience the discomfort earlier by owning their emotions while men tend to hide in their logical mind resulting in a more painful sudden reality jolt when it actually happens)
Also, read the eyes of his girlfriend and look at the wimpy personality of her ex-husband. She wore the pants in her relationships. Her ex-husband is a liberal activist.
Right now my intuition says that there was a perfect storm in his life.... underlying childhood psychological issues, divorce, possible medications, gambling, dominant girlfriend,...........
Psychologically, Trump syndrome is a mid-life crisis where the individual feels like they are losing control and not getting their way. It is the ego throwing an irrational hissy fit or temper tantrum in response. This is to be expected when children are coddled, their discomfort is appeased with bribes rather than learning to deal with disappointments in life, and then the resulting symptoms arising are suppressed by medications..(including street drugs) Thus the Xanax treatment option for many in response to the disappointment of Hillary’s loss. The anger at Trump is a projection of their unresolved childhood disappointment and bribe seeking behavior, to which they have been trained for years to increase the level of the temper tantrum until they get what they want.
After 8 years of Clinton, 8 years of Bush and 8 years of Obama people are wimped out. Add to that the increase in medications, especially for children which decrease their ability to work through difficult situations.... All these medications block a child’s psychological stage development necessary to be stable later in life.
Possibly the Mayor of San Juan Puerto Rico just couldn’t get her medications as a result of the hurricane!!!
The killer, Stephen Paddock, must have heard the 22,000 people at that concert sing “God Bless America” along with the band, as the band invited veterans and first responders on stage to recognize & applaud, their services to this great nation. Then moments later, the low life America hater begins his massive slaughter of innocents. Methinks, this will not end happily for the Liberal, Left-Wing lunatics haters of our great nation, the USA!!! We shall see what develops as time rolls on.

no way this Paddock dude did this by himself, this was done by experts. He was used and then killed and left behind. The government knows it.

This makes about as much sense as anything.
The actual bad guys grab Paddock off the casino floor, take him to the room and kill him. They shoot up the crowd, leave, and lock Paddock’s body in the room. The police show up, break down the door and find Paddock dead of a “self inflicted” bullet wound.
The real killers have a perfect cover. No one will be looking for them. Might be why there seems to be nothing in Paddock’s background that gives evidence of motive.

And I’ve read too many murder mysteries where a protagonist “out of the country” when the murder happened and so couldn’t POSSIBLY have Been involved. And her from the Philippines?
