She may be only 47, but she sure doesn't look like it.
First lady Melania Trump sports a body enviable to most, but when it comes to her diet, that slim figure might actually be quite attainable. Some older interviews about her personal life have recently resurfaced, offering the public just a teensy bit of insight into the life of the notoriously "private" FLOTUS.
A former model, Melania is of course no stranger to a healthy lifestyle. She strives to eat seven pieces of fruit a day, all of which offer her the vitamins and minerals for her hair and skin. In the morning, her breakfast is made with only "a few ingredients and lots of vitamins in it."
Frequently, she'll opt for nutrient-filled smoothie or fiber-rich oatmeal, also choosing to supplement her diet with extra vitamins to benefit her hair and nails. "I take vitamins A, C, and E to keep my skin, hair, and nails healthy," she revealed to Bella NYC in 2011. Water, moisturizer and sleep are also key for Melania's youthful appearance, especially since she's reportedly "against Botox."
That doesn't mean Melania is all about diet, but instead, balance. She explained, "I love chocolate and ice cream, and I have those things once in a while. It's good to indulge cravings and your tastes once in a while...as long as you balance those things with healthy foods." Sometimes, she'll opt for a piece of dark chocolate for a snack or a glass of Diet Coke.
While she won't "overindulge" in food (but the chicken parm from NYC's Jean Georges is reportedly her favorite) she also refuses to participate in diet fads.
As for workout, Melania has listed ankle weights, pilates and tennis as some of her favorites, crediting them to getting her back in shape after

I’ll guess. Lets see no doubt she eats fruits and vegetables and exercises, and she has done this for most of her life. There’s no magic about it.
Good genes don’t hurt either.
That said, Biotin works wonders for thicker hair and stronger nails.
Cheapest source I have found for them is Swanson Vitamins, an online supplier.
They carry stuff that even I can take, and that’s quite a feat.
I wonder if Melania uses fresh lemons in her water and cooking. I squeeze half a lemon in my water bottle every day, no sugar added.
Smart. You wont get kidney stones. I drink it everyday, Ive had numerous stones, but none since I started that regiment. Theyre the worse pain Ive ever had, worse than labor pains.
“cutting?” THAT leaves scars...
No words...
Adding brewers yeast to your diet is also an excellent source of not only biotin but B complex as well. Add it to smoothies and salads, or just take a spoonful and wash it down with water. Its not expensive and Trader Joes even carries it now.
spittle on keyboard...thanks a lot!
You just choose the location wisely.

OMG.......ROTFLMBO!!!
Hey, far be it from me to flame you but I gotta say that pic of Moochie eating the ribs was FUNNY!!
Just had a couple spoonfuls on my soup at lunch! I grew up w/ old hippie parents & we always put tons on popcorn, still do. I love the stuff.
What is going on with this picture? I could cut the tension with a butter knife!!
Are they better than Vitacost.com?
I take all those Bone Vits/Mins, in 4 yrs my OP is down except 2 spots. GI track doing better too. SELENIUM works better than Melatonin for sleep and other body functions.
I get a chuckle when I read about The Donald favoring overdone steaks with ketchup. Steaks so tough that when the waiter walks across the room the steak is rocking on the plate. The ketchup I get. I like steaks and hamburgers with some ketchup on the side. But make my steak medium.
I don’t know.
The thing is, I am so sensitive to things I put in my mouth cause of a mast cell disorder, that I need supplements that have as few ingredients as possible in them and I can find them at Swanson. They have single ingredient supplements and the Biotin I take is simply biotin in rice flour.
LOL thanks I spit my covfefe out.
