“Now I know they bought it on ebay LOL”
Or, more likely, they’re reproductions and fake-aged :-).
I have a Megadeth T-Shirt from their So Far, So Good ... So What tour :-) ... it no longer fits. I’ll either be buried/incinerated with it -or- my son will donate it to Goodwill :-). It was my first concert and my favorite concert to date (and I’ve seen a lot of bands since then :-) ).
I also dug up a few others recently (Overkill, Nuclear Assault, Sex Pistols) ... they were thrashed (pun intended) and weren’t bought at a concert.
Holy crap I may be rich!

Pretty sure I have an original Bad Company one around somewhere.

“Then........they released Load.”
I thought they crapped the bed with “... And Justice For All” ... it was basically a rehash of “Ride” and “Master”
featuring only vocals and drums :-).
That band mostly died with Cliff Burton (to me anyway) ... I do like their latest album for the nostalgia factor, but I can’t see how, of all of the talent out there in the 80s, they became *the* premier metal band from the USA.
Nowadays, legit concert shirts set you back $45 but are of better quality than that circa Asia's first tour. My kids get them often and rarely do I unless there is something unique or subtle.
Of course, you can always get classic images on shirts for a fraction of the price that make as much a statatement as any $45 thing:
Old school head gear lol!
But let us take this opportunity to listen to some vintage, magic, MAGIC Metallica!

Awesome.
I had countless of these back in the 80s. Got one at every show I went to. The most coveted had front and back designs where the back was a listing of tour dates. Wore them until they were tattered and then gradually they’d vanish (I think mom threw them out).

Can’t read the article because WSJ.
But I have a 70’s vintage Moody Blues tour tee as well as an original Who tour shirt from 1980.
One thing that is obvious. XL in the 70’s is about equal to Medium in the 20-teens.
With Rod Stewart?........................
I think so, they are actually my husband’s shirts :0)
