That’s what happens when merely looking at a girl is considered sexual harassment & you can have your career ruined 40 years later on an allegation.

Being provocative elicits a response. A photographer tries to capture a moment and that response may well be it.
There are photographers who've pulled stunts like telling a couple that a dog just got killed in an accident to get a gravely serious expression out of the sitters.
http://www.nytimes.com/2011/06/26/nyregion/richard-avedon-photographer-of-influence-review.html
Among the anecdotes circulated about the legendary photographer Richard Avedon (1923-2004) is one involving the Duke and Duchess of Windsor that is, King Edward VIII of England and Wallis Simpson, the American divorcée he married after abdicating the throne.
In 1957, Avedon was commissioned to take a portrait of the couple, who were notoriously photo-savvy way ahead of the curve of todays paparazzi-beleaguered movie stars and royals. Knowing that they were dog lovers, obsessed with their own collection of pugs, Avedon is said to have told them that the taxi he had taken to meet them had run over a dog (which wasnt true). The couple grimaced sympathetically, and snap! Avedon took the picture, which is on view in Richard Avedon: Photographer of Influence at the Nassau County Museum of Art in Roslyn Harbor.
The photographs title is very specific: The Duke and Duchess of Windsor, Waldorf Astoria, Suite 28A, New York, April 16, 1957. And yet, it doesnt tell us anything about its making...

Women spend an hour or more just getting ready for the day. If you notice you’re a predator.
Isn’t that a form of entrapment?

I still remember the days when whistling at a girl was meant as a sign of approval and not something demeaning. Now, in the office, I am afraid to even look one in the eyes.

Very nice and she has a point. Beautiful women do take it personally if they don’t get some attention. Truthfully, piss off the alpha female in a group by hitting on or giving all your attention to #2 or #3 in the group. The woman will appreciate it, you will enjoy it and the females order in life can be challenged. You might get lucky but it’s fun,

Make no mistake, the present narrative has nothing to do with the well-being of the designated victims.
Rather, it’s about weaponizing relations between men and women so the Left can pull it out whenever it benefits one of their members.

Back then, attention from a gentleman was a compliment, but attention from a lech never was. The difference between then and now is that gentlemen are few, far between, and hard to recognize today. Gentlemanly behavior is no longer part of public education. Furthermore, feminism demands the most unkempt sloth be treated as equal with those far less strident in their image and presentation. After all, we wouldn't want to harm any inner diva snowflake feelings with discriminatory tastes. The "good old days" had so much more charm.
