Patience grasshopper. This is election 2018 stuff. This tax cut will bring many skeptical Americans over to Trump’s side.
My prediction is once we get the wall funded, and we will, the remainder of 2018 will be spent in federal court, convicting the entire Clinton gang.
It’s not that I don’t favor it. I do.
It’s just that I think we passed the “point of no return” 15 or 20 years ago. I think our leaders know it. I think their goal is to keep the whole thing afloat as long as possible, fully knowing that it is “when, not if” this whole thing is going down hard. And it is not just the US.
So I just revel in Ecclesiastes as rendered in the song “Turn, Turn, Turn”. Everything has it’s time and season. I will enjoy the “summer” as long as it lasts, fully aware that winter is a-comin’. And sooner rather than later.
It wasn’t that long ago that “billion” became the new “million”. And now “trillion” has become the new million. It is growing exponentially. The economy is not.

The only way to survive the debt bomb is to grow our way to prosperity making the debt shrink in comparison to GDP. 5% GDP for 10 years would do that. Also a 20% import tariff would increase revenue $500B/yr. There are simple ways out of this problem but nobody has the balls to talk about it. To many ox’s would have to be gored.
Not tired yet. Let’s all check in a year from now and see if The Wall is built. Or being built.

NOT ME, I love winning. I would love to see a big win by putting Hillary in jail.. That would be the biggest win ever.
All Trump needs to do in 2020 debates is point to his opponent and say to the audience: “They want to increase your taxes. Your move.”
No, I am not yet tired of winning, and I am also going to give the Senate Republicans and Mitch McConnell credit as well as the House and Paul Ryan along with the magnificent President, Donald J. Trump for this win.

I think you’re right. Now that he has a solid legislative victory that businesses and people will feel the benefits of, even the never- Trumpers are not going to want to be left off the MAGA train.
