Thanks for being so kind. But your not overlooking a fault is in itself a fault.

Nobody's perfect...lol. My wife reminds me of that incessantly.

I know the feeling. I am constantly being reminded. I guess I am too nonchalant about things which normally take care of themselves.

New research shows that brain function declines rapidly as soon as people
stop work and put their feet up.

The mind is like a knife. You have to keep it sharp so it doesn't get dull.

I do not need work as I have other interests and wish I had enough to retire. I would be more relaxed and happy retired!

Sounds like a plan to stay interested in life. I start with 2-3 cups of coffee and an our or so of FR. Then I might do my exercises (have a bowflex/treadmill/exercycle) or maybe a run to Walmart to pick up things for the wife and then exercise.

There are a few gentlemen at the local coffee shop that have started a few conversations with me (feeling me out to find out a bit about my politics and other life views) and have asked that I try to find time to join them once in a while - they seem interesting so i think I'll take them up on it.

Later in the day, I do some crosswords/sudoku and/or read a bit.

Been considering volunteering on the base but will have to decide it it will cut into my time too much.

Stay young...
