The Q researchers known as "autists" believe that the paper under the pen shown in Q drop #601 has a line of text under the letterhead. It's hard to read because the paper is face down on the desk. But the "autists" have analyzed the image and believe it reads as follows:

For those who believe the Q drops are authentic, note that "autists" were President Trump's first choice when deciding where Q would post. They are not autistic, but they are remarkably gifted in their obsessive ability to solve puzzles and piece together clues. Below is the image as posted in Q drop #601.
I cannot discern the memo, but then I never was autist material.

By the way, I am repeating my idea. I think the Q Believers and non-believers could place a wager. We decide on a number of predicted events to happen by a certain time. If they happen, the doubters have to put “I was wrong” in their tagline. If they do not happen, the Believers would have to put I was wrong in the our taglines.

FINALLY I get why the FReeper mailed the text in a column the way he did - it’s recreated in the OP..
He stacked the text to call my attention to the way the file is named RTM and told me that the White House letterhead was face down. Given my excitement re the prior news Re Obama retains counsel, I mushed it together and couldn’t find it in the memo, and just assumed it was me. Well it was me in that it was my misunderstanding a kindly FReepers post!
Well I am losing interest, release the memo...
Bringing up Myst should come with a trigger warning.
