MONTPELIER, Vt. (AP) — A Vermont high school on Thursday began flying a Black Lives Matter flag in what officials said was a commitment to make the mostly white institution more inclusive.

Traditionally, any black flag flown, even with no design on it, simply meant the ship flying it was a pirate ship and was offering quarter if the ship about to be attacked would surrender immediately. Any red flag, whether there was a design on it or not, meant the pirate ship would attack and offer no mercy.
Not in a state with 4 black people...
This nonsense, if you dig deep enough, is pushed by white Bolsheviks determined to prevent the assimilation of blacks. Give them their own flag (not BLM, but that ANC-looking thing), their own “Christmas” (not even celebrated in Africa), their own “dialect” (remember the “ebonics” debate years ago?), their own TV channels, and gerrymander their areas so they have their own tribal leaders.

your points are spot on, but if this sickens everyday black folk, perhaps it behooves them not to vote as a racial block...
I don’t assume “hardworking blacks” and “everyday black folk” are one and the same; like every ethnic group there is a mix of all types, and their voting patterns would indicate to me that the two groups above aren’t one and the same. If Trump’s economic plans continue to bear fruit for them, that may change.
They are really insane. BLM promotes killing cops and hatred for Whites. The flag does not make anything more inclusive.

you are doubtlessly correct,relative to most localities...but a 90% plus voting pattern in national elections indicates an impenetrable tribalist attitude, suspicious of any breakaway in their midst, regardless of financial status...
I thought that Vermont was a “Bernie” state, not Alabama or Mississippi, etc.

With that said, the POW-MIA flag has been officially recognized by congress.
In my opinion, the only flags that should be displayed by government entities are those which are officially recognized: flag of the United States; State Flag; local government (city, county, town).
