As was recently shown, the Black Lives Matter (BLM) movement, with its central claim that police around the country are hunting and killing innocent black men, is a lie. Yet the BLM myth is enmeshed within a larger narrative, a narrative of eternal White Racism. And couched within this tale are distortions and outright crucially false ideas of slavery.
In the interest of that "honest discussion" of race that the Eric Holders and Barack Obamas of the world claim to want, I submit considerations without which no such discussion can be had. One glaringly inconvenient truth that, odds are, few folks of any race are aware is that the very first legal slave owner in America was one Anthony Johnson—a black man. More specifically, Johnson was an Angolan who himself had been an indentured servant in the colony of Virginia before he became a tobacco planter himself. One of the African indentured servants who worked Johnson’s 300 acre plot of land was John Casor.
When Casor had completed his seven year term of service to Johnson, he asked to be freed. Johnson refused. The latter did, however, agree to lend him out to a local white colonist, Robert Parker. Yet not long after having made this agreement Johnson had a change of heart and took Parker to court where he charged him with having robbed him of his "negro servant."
In 1655, a white court sided with the black African over a white man and, in addition to making him pay damages to Johnson, ordered Parker to return Casor to Johnson. However, Johnson v Parker issued a dramatic legal change: While making his case, Johnson, in referring to Casor, insisted that, "Thee had ye Negro for his life."

I would have to see the stats on your assertion, however could we not also assert that some white families bought slaves in order to free them? and to unite families?

Yes, butt fat does not absolve the slave holders from their actions.
The slave holders. The people who actually held slaves. They are guilty, I believe they are still paying the price to their Maker.
The descendants of slave owners are innocent.
The slave owners are guilty and there is no forgiveness.
A Williamsburg tour I was on once mentioned that the first slaves in the colonies were white.

“So why blame whites today?”
The entire race industry is built on finding new ways to blame ALL whites for slavery and it’s assumed current effects. In that way ALL the current self destructive behaviors of blacks and their historically poor performance are the fault of whites, both past and present. All whites are guilty, all are inherently racist, have white privilege and live in a nation based on white supremacy. Using that rationale whites and the US owe blacks a debt that can never be paid and which absolves them of all their anti-social behaviors. It also validates their hatred of whites, America and their goal (along with the leftists) of destroying America.
correct about number of slaves brought to America. But that ended in 1808 when the importations of slaves into the country was outlawed. By 1860 there we about 3.5 million slaves in the United States.

That's what I said, though I'm not sure how you figure they mushroomed up to 3.5 million so fast.
1808 to 1860. The 1860 census listed over 3.5 million slaves in the United States. The year 1807 was the last year that slaves could be legally brought into the United States. The Delta is from the birth rate of slaves in the country. I am sure that because the slave trade was outlawed, does not mean that all importation of slaves ceased, but the vast majority of slaves in this country by 1860 were born here.
It is sold as morality, you’re so good if you accept collective guilt.
And you get to engage in moral bullying of your peers. “I’ll save X groups by making my own people shut up, shun them, shame them.”
Now they’re allowed to bully and abuse others under a holy martyr complex and hope to have a position of authority because of it, granted by their supposed superiors.
I never understood how Christian leaders in the Middle East and from that region like Kofi Anan could be such big Islamic apologists until now. After watching liberal whites essentially beg for equal status or justify their higher status in society, now I get it.
