Never, considering all the school shootings.
When was the last time there was a mass shooting at a bank? 2002?
Sandoval was sentenced to death for the 2002 murders of five people in the U.S. Bank branch in Norfolk. He and two accomplices also on death row gunned down bank employees Samuel Sun, Jo Mausbach, Lola Elwood and Lisa Bryant and customer Evonne Tuttle. Sandoval later pleaded guilty to the deaths of Travis Lundell and Robert Pearson in the months before the bank slayings.
As far as I can tell, this was a Mexican Bank Robbery. The illegal immigrant alien villains killed all the people that had access to any of the money and didn’t get any.

Why can’t the media discuss “layered defense of schools” in addition to gun control and background checks?
This is a rhetorical question. The reason is Political Correctness makes us discard common sense. We must discard the obvious, workable solutions and be relegated to discussing silly, unworkable solutions.
They live in a self-congratulatory bubble and will never forsake that bubble.
Pretty sure that Joe BiteMe was the father of this bill.
They’re not all
Pretty much every ps in new yawk has metal detectors and armed guards
My school in Philadelphia had an armed guard in the 80s
...it was common for schools to have shooting clubs. Even in New York City, virtually every public high school had a shooting club up until 1969. It was common for high school students to take their guns with them to school on the subways in the morning and turn them over to their homeroom teacher or the gym coach so the heavy guns would simply be out of the way. After school, students would pick up their guns when it was time for practice.

That is true, and it seems school shootings became seemingly common only since the 1990s, so they could be direct obvious link.
It’s a new world order!
