You might find it hard to miss these unusual wheel accessories, but then they aren't made to be missed.
Bemused passengers filmed the hilarious moment they spotted a car driving on the motorway with foot-and-a-half long protruding spinners on the wheels.
The video shows a Cadillac driving on the busy motorway in Houston, Texas with the unusually long wheel ornaments on all four of its tires.

When I see one with his dungarees hanging down past his butt cheeks and his skivvies proudly displayed, I’ve fantasized snagging one with a rod, reel, and bass plug with two treble hooks. Now a car with these wheels would make a nice catch with a grappling hook on a chain. Wielded from the back of a pickup truck with the chain tied down real solid.

I’m sure it’s not legal.
But after living in CT for most of my life, I saw that much of Texas is exactly - like, exactly people - like CT.
Houston, Austin, Dallas, it’s all just ghetto hellholes. I mean I’m sure that being how large Texas is that not all of the state is like that, but the heat does things to people.

Someone who watched too many Sword & Sandal films featuring chariots. No, the neighborhoods where these things are popular never had Ben Hur down at the local theater. Their tastes ran more toward Dolemite and Disco Godfather.

They are regularly used in music videos and prove to be quite the commodity in Texas with regular reports of carjackings for the protruding wheel ornaments. There is a great incentive to buy these spinners.
Or you could buy them to go trolling for criminals.
Put them on your car and go for a cruise with your favorite large bore firearm.
Of course, if you were successful the LEOs might question your motives for buying the wheels. But they would have a hard time proving murderous motives if you were discrete.
