Tiger Woods got his ex-girlfriend Kristin Smith to sign a non-disclosure agreement to make sure she kept her mouth shut about their nuclear breakup ... but she wants out of their deal -- and now they're locked in a nasty legal war.
TMZ Sports has learned ... Woods and Smith (who dated from 2015 to 2017) are currently in arbitration -- and sources familiar with the situation tell us it's all over a non-disclosure agreement.
We're told Smith believes Woods cheated on her in 2017 and that's what ended their relationship. To save himself from another embarrassing sex-fueled PR nightmare, we're told Woods offered Smith money to sign an NDA, but it's unclear if she ever accepted it. [Emphasis Mine]

My understanding is that Stormy signed three affidavits that she did not have sex with Trump. Thus every time she says she did now can be three Lies before the Court and be considered Contemptuous.

Agreed. Tiger is very good, but he’s an ass. If he wasn’t black he wouldn’t get 1/10th the fawning coverage he gets.
And then DISAPPEAR. Maybe find some small group to "home-school" him in the faith. The religious power brokers would immediately set him up for a fall with their Tiger Redemption Tour and making him an instant overseer, ignoring--as they do many other Scriptures for gain--"He must not be a recent convert, or he may become conceited and fall under the same condemnation as the devil. Furthermore, HE MUST HAVE A GOOD REPUTATION WITH OUTSIDERS, so that he will not fall into disgrace and into the snare of the devil." (1 Tim. 3:6)
There has to be financial and other legal repercussions to those that are violating signed non-disclosure agreements. Mutual contractual agreements are a cornerstone of our society.

I live here in Cypress, Ca where Tiger grew up and rumor control has it that is a true statement. Especially after Tiger got famous because it made the “pickings” easier.
Other than Elin, Woods has the worst taste in women.
They’re hideous and dumb... and hideous.
I listened to Mad Dog Russo on XM Satellite interview the 2 authors of the new bio on Woods. They talked about his HS sweetheart. She sounded very nice and down to earth. But Tiger’s parents forced him to dump her in a cruel way because they thought she was after him for his fame and she would distract him golf.
