Is it time for divorce? A former TV religious reporter reconsides her life as an evangelucal
Dallas Morning news ^ | Peggy Wehmeyer

I’m considering filing for divorce. On the grounds of infidelity and betrayal — and I’m heartsick. Don’t get me wrong, I adore my husband. It’s my union with an intimate partner of more than three decades, the evangelical church, that’s in trouble.

That is leftist horseshit. Stating a bunch of liberal delusions as if they’re fact. The President is being attacked by all sides, even by this “christian” twat.

But how do you leave a church whose members brought you meals for five months when you were bedridden with a difficult pregnancy?

She’s an ungrateful little thing, isn’t she?

For a time, the wife and I went to Christ for the Nations Institute in Dallas. Warm, inclusive but we eventually felt the need to check our brains at the door and dropped out.

I skimmed through it. She is contemplating leaving the evangelical church because some members supported Trump.

Myself, I wouldn’t leave a church over secular politics. I would only leave a church over differing spiritual beliefs or practices.

My Bible says that we are to pray for our leaders.

The story behind Alabama punter’s Donald Trump prayer circle:

A silly article trying to divide and put a wedge between Trump and his base.

Written by someone with no aptitude for research or analysis.

Muslims: Sex slaves. 4+ wives. Marriage to six year olds. A heaven that is a brothel. Etc.

*******

These students were embracing centuries-old beliefs about the sacredness of sex inside marriage, something once common to Muslims, Christians and Jews.

I would. I could, not be a member of a church that supported a baby killer lover like Hillary. And said that unborn murder is okay but killing in self defense or by execution after a trial by jury is not. By endorsing those candidates that back this they defalt admit they support those policies.

"In South Chicago, I drove into a virtual war zone to watch my youngest daughter teach special ed to third graders at risk of being shot on their way home from school"

The woman has had her brains scooped out and replaced with feces.

The job of the parents is to protect the grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

The children produce the grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Since the mother is not protecting the child, she's not protecting the grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

I'm with President Trump - you're fired, lady.

I read it just now. It’s pretty much leftist talking points wrapped in Christian words. While she would likely deny it, the woman is no longer seeking the truth...she’s following her children into being absorbed into the Leftist Borg.

Carefully crafted to hurt those who have religion, but no relationship with God. No real Christian would guess that Christ would be a prosecutor, so this is poison pill fake news.

The Cure is purchase a Bible and ..gasp.. actually read it, twice. THEN decide if you believe.

This writer has never read the Bible cover to cover, and they do not believe.

That’s my take.

A leftist screed using a religious backdrop as a vehicle for their views.

This was after the 2016 presidential election, where exit polls showed four-fifths of their brothers and sisters voted for Donald Trump

She should move to Washington DC. 95% of people there are faithful to the high holy church of secular humanism and progressivism.

“The first crack in the relationship came when my millennial children questioned whether they could stay in the family. This was after the 2016 presidential election, where exit polls showed four-fifths of their brothers and sisters voted for Donald Trump, making it the most monolithic evangelical support for any president in my lifetime.”

Hmm. What do you think?

Well, she was born Jewish, one daughter is a liberal Episcopalian and the other a liberal Methodist, and her husband died a decade ago as I understand things. (She may have remarried, given her reference to a seemingly current husband).

She made it to the big leagues but is now back down in the minors.

I suppose you can’t blame her for trying to stay in good with the media bosses by being anti-Trump.

She doesn’t really understand what Christianity is. People like this brings to mind what Flannery OConner said that “In the absence of faith, we govern by tenderness. And tenderness leads to the gas chamber.”

This woman allowed the mother of her future grandchildren to not only set foot in South Chicago, but to actually work there.

She has brain damage.
