Weeds are known for vigorous growth.

During WWII Indiana was growing hemp ( Cannabis sativa) for ropes and other products for the war effort. Indiana 70 years later still has hemp popping up all over the place because, it’s a weed.

How long before the excess inventory makes it into the school lunch program? Count it as a serving of vegetable!

"What is the significance of “420” to pot?"

There was a school in California where the kids would meet after classes let out, at 4:20 pm to get high. The 4:20 reference spread.

Thanks for the ping & happy 420!!!

IMO, people should be allowed to have, to use & to grow cannabis.

It is easy to argue gov’t intervention created the glut in the market by giving licence to do many.

fine....don't make it a crime...BUT STOP SUPPORTING AND PUSHING IT ON THE SOCIETY...

no ads..no billboards..no friendly radio announcements...

and promise to charge at least $1000 for any incident that happens while you're stoned...

okay?.....

we wonder why the kids are stupid and the younger generations are so shallow and wimpy....

Jesus made water into wine....

alcohol is something you can immediately taste and smell....its effects are well known and recognizable to anyone.

there's no going into work after drinking hard....

Weed use just makes you look dumb and stupid to most non druggies until we realize you're just dumb and stupid naturally..

Agreed. I dont think addictive substances of any kind should be allowed to be marketed. Yet big pharma and alcohol do it in all 50 states including times when children are watching.

If someone actually harms someone by stupidity, they are liable and usually end up having to pay far more than $1000. I agree with that and even agree with the death penalty in some cases IF someone actually harms someone.

Now, just because someone is in possession of a beer, pill or cannabis does not mean they will harm someone. Just because they are stoned on their substance of choice does not mean they will harm someone. Assuming so opens the door to the notion of “precrime”

"gardening in general" is miles away from commercial growing of cannabis. You don't use expensive grow lights and huge amounts of electricity for gardening in general. You don't need to account for every gram from every plant in gardening in general. You don't need 24 hr. security for gardening in general. Plus they need temperature controlled climate because they want the highest quality and yield. So no, it's not cheap.
