Can’t I Sue somebody? I took the phone to the Verizon store where I bought it and the girl behind the counter suggested a small nearby “fix it” shop. That shop sold me a battery. Shouldn’t Verizon alert me if the phone has a good chance of catching fire? Where’s the recall for goodness sake?
