So far, we have an accusation against Kavanaugh as presented by the news media and NOT the accuser herself without any details such as WHEN or even WHERE the incident occurred. IT IS IMPOSSIBLE THAT THE ACCUSER NOT REMEMBER WHERE THIS INCIDENT OCCURRED!!!.. IMPOSSIBLE!!! It is OBVIOUS the DemonRats are GAMING this bogus accusation aimed at DELAYING, RESISTING, STALLING, OBSTRUCTING, AND RUNNING-OUT-THE-CLOCK, ETC..

How about Kavanaugh's a YES vote on Kavanaugh's 'CONDITIONAL CONFIRMATION' pending an investigation to occur AFTER he is seated?

They will have a hearing Monday. Balless Edsel will either show or not. If she shows, she’ll be exposed as a fraud. If not, Ds will get to rant and rave at Judge K, then there will be a judicary committee vote and he will be voted out to the floor.
The Ds will then try to filibuster, and Yertle will call for a cloture, probably Thurs. or Friday.
The Senate will vote on the confirmation Mon. Oct. 1 and he will be confirmed.
If anybody wants to impeach him, or any other SC justice, that's there constitutional prerogative.

Has that been confirmed? The last I heard was that her appearance was conditional depending on her getting assurance that the questioning would be fair and that her safety be guaranteed. My impression was the dems are just stalling for as long as they could get away with it and, eventually, the “talks” will break down.
