This is the same sort of thing that Kavanaugh was accused of. Assault and battery for petting a girl.
Now thanks to Christine Ford, all the snowflake woman out there in cookoo land will be claiming assault, whenever someone brushes their hand on them.

My daughter was assaulted by a 9 year old in grade school.
It was reported, but the school wouldn’t do enough.
When I threatened to bring the police in, the little dindu was dis-enrolled and she never saw him again.
Her real problem is no man brushes his hand on her, so when a kid accidentally does she brings attention to it.
According to the mavens of “metoo” the kid is a sexual predator and the woman is traumatized for LIFE.
As I’ve told a minor “thug” before:
“It’s a fair trade off. I spend 90 days in jail and you spend 90 days in a hospital recovering.”
Since we don’t know which political party this kid belongs to, we really can’t determine who to blame.
If the kid is a Democrat, then the white woman is Trailer Trash. If the kid is a Republican, then the white woman must be believed, at all costs.

OMG!!!! Everything is to be made a federal case.. People really are going nuts. Who do I blame? The media.
That was “grab-assing”, not sexual assault.
Oh for God’s sake. Expectations just sink lower and lower. Sure, a 9 year old boy should not do that, but it isn’t a federal case for crying out loud.
Teresa Klein, now known as “Cornerstore Caroline” on the internet, loudly accused a 9-year-old boy of grabbing her behind.
“I was just sexually assaulted by a child,” Klein could be heard yelling.
Meanwhile, Klein returned to the bodega Friday and watched the surveillance video from inside the store.
The footage clearly showed the boy’s hands in plain sight, and it was his book-bag that grazed her.
“I was wrong,” Klein admitted. “Young man, I don’t know your name, but I’m sorry.”
