Wow, I really lucked out after 2 prior’s. All I had to my name was 3K in the bank, and a beautiful girl said I needed her. She was right 40 yrs ago and she is still here. Hitting it. Whip and chain collection. Ability to fart over 10 seconds. Never dribbles on the seat (usually). No longer dates his mother’s friends. Washes out toe jam once a month. At least.

Confidence is a red herring. No is confident in any thing, but any one can share about his passions and hobbies , which makes for fearless conversation.
Empathy blabla... nope, not true. Women find it not erotic to have feminine traits in a man. If you have empathy, use it as a tealthy tool to read the woman beyond what she is telling you.
As for being a good listener, it depends. Women do not want the listener who finds solutions to her problems. She does not like Mr Fix it, teachers and men in position of adversaries. They want someone to make them talk and act like he is not against her as a result.
However, again, masculine man behavior, as opposed to little boy, generally does not listen to woman and let alone believe them. Once you act as an adult leader, you do not have to believe or listen to what she says but set the priorities and tell what your tastes are, and since women have no idea what theirs are, they will live through yours.
I agree with her list except the part about dressing stylishly.
CLEAN is far more important than stylish.
A guy can be hot in hunting gear, as long as he gives indication about caring about personal hygiene. ESPECIALLY when it comes to sex. Bad breath, greasy hair, and body odor are a complete turn off to intimacy.
And looks are not so important to a woman, not like they are to men. Some of the men I have been most attracted to have not been lookers. It was their personality that I noticed, character and integrity.
Besides, age and gravity are nobody’s friend.
Beyond a certain age, NOBODY gets much beyond OK.
