does anyone have a nondairy, low carb thanksgiving dish or casserole recipe?
Turkey
It come once a year...Enjoy!!
Grass? Celery?
Low carb and thanksgiving dont belong in the same sentence.
You can do a nice mushroom and sausage stuffing without any bread (or butter, which I must admit goes in it nicely).
Also you can saute green veggies in olive oil with some fresh garlic, ginger, salt and pepper. Kale, broccoli rabe, asparagus, or spinach are all good here.
Brussel sprouts with bacon & cranberries
Green beans with mushrooms and almost slivers, roasted brussel sprouts with sage and balsamic vinegar, acorn squash baked with spices.

almost should be almond LOL

DITTO !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
.
But if someone has just worked for a couple of weeks to get nicely into keto, for example, they may not want to ruin it in a day. Likewise those on maybe a Paleo diet who know once they go carbing it can be harder to go back.
Maybe they are hosting someone in such a situation and want to make it easier for their guests.
Nice.
There are quite a few on Pinterest. Im low carb and use recipes from there all the time.
Redi-whip makes non-dairy coconut & almond whipped creams.

There are some great casseroles and even bread/ cheese sticks made with cauliflower. Try an internet search under keto diet.
Mashed cauliflower or parsnips for mashed potato substitute. Delicious.
Yum!
If I found such a recipe Id throw it in the trash. Go eat some kale
